Plant, air-side and controls — one system.
KSE established its dedicated HVAC department in 2008, and it now anchors most full-scope mechanical packages. The team supplies and installs boilers and chillers, central DX / VRV systems, floor heating, ventilation and air filtration, smoke ventilation and management, ducting and insulation, stainless steel chimneys, grilles and dampers, and BMS with controls.
The scope covers more than new installation. At Beirut City Center and Waterfront City, KSE has delivered an additional air-cooled chiller, duct rectification, air testing and balancing, and new VRF systems inside operating malls — documented in the client’s own reference letter.
Heating and cooling plant, air-side distribution and controls are engineered and coordinated as one system, executed to consultant specification.
