Two generations.
One standard of work.
KSE has been solving mechanical contracting problems continuously since 1979 — new-build packages, fit-outs, upgrades and long-term client relationships.
KSE is a Lebanese mechanical engineering and contracting company, founded in 1979 by Karim Saade as a plumbing, heating and fire-systems contractor. Ralph K. Saade — Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (AUB) — grew up in the business, worked in it through his studies from 2000, and became managing partner in 2005.
As the portfolio grew, a dedicated HVAC department was added in 2008, followed by an expansion into water treatment, dewatering, gas systems and larger-scale projects — making KSE a single mechanical contractor for the full scope, from plant room to fixtures.
Today, KSE employs experienced mechanical engineers, trained foremen, and skilled technicians — delivering complete mechanical packages under Lebanon’s leading consultants and main contractors.
