Overview
The Middle East Training Center — a 46,500 m² pilots and cabin crew training facility — is one of the largest projects in KSE’s register, delivered between 2013 and 2017. Its start marks the point the register calls the company’s move into larger-scale landmark work.
KSE scope
Plumbing, fire-fighting and water-treatment works for the full facility.
Project ecosystem
Main contractor: ABNIAH · Consultant: Khatib & Alami · KSE role: mechanical works — plumbing, fire & treatment.
The challenge
In Khatib & Alami’s words, the project required “customized water supply, drainage and fire fighting works” — systems engineered for a specialized training facility rather than a standard commercial fit-out, delivered inside a major consultant environment with full supervision.
Delivery
KSE completed the mechanical plumbing and fire-fighting works across the facility. The consultant’s letter certifies the works were successfully completed and that KSE “has shown dedication and commitment to the Project.”
Why it matters
Scale, a blue-chip consultant, and a specialized program — this is the project that proves KSE performs in the most demanding delivery environments in the country.
